The availability of stores in specific areas will be discussed during your initial interview. FPF Master Business Expansion Plan indicates that no multiple stores are allowed within 15 kilometers radius of our franchise stores due to ensuring exclusivity clause towards our franchisee members.
FPF is seeking individuals who are capable of operating multiple locations. We provide all necessary training for both employees and managers.
FPF franchises stores generaly to individuals who personally operate their stores and are involved in the day-to-day operation of their stores. But, We also franchise to partnerships only if they delegate full time store manager to operate the store. Investors are welcome in FPF but have to follow the basic guidelines like partnerships to make sure store operations and objectives are completed successfully.
FPF can give franchise for existing location only if it is in direct FPF ownership, not if location is already in use by our franchisee. Franchisee can only with agreement with FPF provide location and franchise to third party, but only after successfully completed FPF franchise acquisition process.
ROI depends on many factors. Firstly on location and franchisee involvement. With good location our store can make ROI in 90 days or less.
Location where you can sell 60 or more units per day on average we consider a good location.
This depends on the market set up but in most cased logistics are set up so that you work with local distributors approved by FPF.
Experience is welcomed but you do not need to be experienced for FPF franchise. We have FPF Academy and Training for both Employees and Managers.
Each franchisee funds Franchise General Marketing Plan (FGMP) but it is also included in creating this plan. Marketing expenses for individual franchisee are lower due to good network of partners. FPF is providing support in terms of graphics, startegies, plans, prints, discounts with partners.
Depending on the market but it’s within industry standard which is 7-10%.
